Wife. Mother. Friend. Runner.   Beach Bum. Massage Therapist.

Amber became interested in health and wellness during a high school Sports Medicine class. She chose to complete a senior internship in physical therapy, which helped pave the way for her college years.

She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science in 2002. She then completed the massage therapy program at the Medical Arts Massage School in Raleigh in 2003, graduating in the top 3 of her class.

Amber enjoys supporting other women in their health and wellness goals. She has a passion for learning more about our amazing bodies and how they work, and loves to educate her clients on how to properly care for their bodies and minds. Her 17 years of massage experience have helped her to see how essential it is for women to take time to care for their own physical and mental health so that they can better care for others around them. Massage is not a luxury, but a necessity.
